EMSの認知と徹底3.内部監査の充実4.知識・ノウハウの共有と伝承有効的なシステムの運用と維持・管理に終始することなく,マネジメントシステムの一つであるEMSを如何に大学のために活用するかについて追求すること,すなわち,効果的なシステムを実現することこそ,大学にとって意義のあることである。, There are four fundamental points to operate, maintain and control Environmental Management Systems effectively as below ; 1. Understanding completely the consecutive improvement which is the principle of the Environmental Management System. 2. Understanding, co-operation, and maintenance of motivation of the member at an organization 3. Easy operation of Environmental Management 4. Remaking the reasonable goal and purpose of performance Moreover, we must resolve four problems as below to improve the operation (or performance) of EMS at a university effectively. 1. Understanding the essence of IS014001correctly. 2. Understanding completely what the Environmental Management System is. 3. Fullness of the inside audit 4. Common ownership and succession of knowledge and know-how. It is meaningful for a university not only to operate and maintain and control the system effectively, but also to investigate how it can put the knowledge of EMS which is one of Management Systems to practical use, on the other hand, to realize the EMS on a higher level.},
