 note = {P(論文), 現在私たちが,超高齢社会を生きつつあることに疑問の余地はない。この社会構造の急激な変化を前に,近年,高齢者・障害者に関する議論,つまり福祉社会論に注目が集まっているのは,至極当然だろう。ここで私たちが注目しなければならないのは,そのような急速な高齢化に直面している現在は,同時に高度な情報化を経験している社会でもあるという事実である。この変化はこれまで,主に情報社会論の文脈で語られてきたため,それぞれ福祉社会論とはまったく別の経緯をたどり,ほとんど交差してこなかった。しかし,人口の大半がネットを利用する社会と,人口の4人に1人が高齢者であるそれとは,まさに同じ時代であり,同じ社会なのである。本稿はこのような「超高齢社会」と「情報社会」の重なりにおいて私たちが得るべき視角を,障害者とされる人々がInformation Communication Technology (ICT)を用いて社会参加する場面から抽出することを試みる。まず先行の言説を,特に「社会参加」に焦点をあてて整理する。次に,障害がありながらICTを駆使して仕事をしたり,社会参加をしたりする具体例を分析し,そこにある社会的課題を浮き彫りにする。以上をふまえることで,「社会情報学部」にもとめられる責務について,若干の私見を述べたい。, Over the past few decades, a considerable number of studies have been conducted on Information Society in Japan. Although those studies have been made on the cause that Japanese society has rapidly informationized it, there is little attention given that it is changing to aging society. This paper discusses the issues related to the "Aged Society" and "Information Society" in Japan. Information Communication Technology (ICT) is the key to solving digital divide for aging persons and persons with disabilities. As the first step of our analysis, we discuss the importance of social participation and independent living for aging and disabled people. It has been proposed that the core of social participation is "work and employment". I gave two examples to show whether using ICT made persons with disabilities become working and living independently or not. The results indicated they were not taken part in an Information Society, but taken in on the competition of the labor market. From now on, Social Information Studies will be needed to solve this issue that happens all the time in Aged Society.},
