It has been said that there were "a position formation function" and "a position representation function" for an educational purpose at women's universities. However, in a trend of gender equality society, substantiality of "a position formation function" is pursued in women's universities. On the other hand, the old-fashioned gender role is often reproduced in women's universities. In addition, the project which is going to lead students to field such values of a patriarchy is left in women's universities firmly. There is such a project with sexual eyes to women and misogyny. Faculties in women's universities sometime share those elements with the environment surrounding women's universities. And a sense of values of a patriarchy reminds female students "uneasiness to succeed", diminishes self-evaluation, and leads themselves to a dependence on men. As a result, "a position representation function" is made much of in women's universities, and it keeps female students away from studing. In this way, the traditional gender role is reproduced by education of a patriarchy, and the process when motivation to study of students is robbed and resembles a "greenhouse effect". To change this situation, it is necessary we make it, and re-create "a greenhouse" into "a battlefield" to do where gender politics is easy to be seen. Therefore at first we have to let male faculties understand that it is the first step to let a female student oneself understand the significance of studies to overcome gender unequality. And it is necessary for faculties to understand that a study of this kind is equal to it with social demand. The making of system for male faculties to become conscious in gender is the need so that male faculties share such recognition. In all classes, that we do reconstruct of a malecentered study system is demanded at the same time from a viewpoint of gender. If such an effort is made, education performed in women's universities comes to have "support education for women" and a meaning to say in future.
