So far, colonialism has been discussed mainly in the political system and history. But with that kind of recognition framework, the colonialism which continues today cannot be discussed effectively. Simultaneously, things related to colonialism which are omnipresent in this society cannot be recognized. Colonialism is not the system and the historical problem, I would like to redefine it as problem of mind tendency. It has become possible to discover the trace of colonialism, in the relationship of domination which is omnipresent in this society. Furthermore, it has also become possible to describe to the responsibility of colonial relationships as a problem of the mind of colonialists. The technique for dominating the colonialist is quite common and can be discovered in this process. That is, the missing discourse which indicates the relationship of domination, distinction, shift of problem to the suffering dominated person, intervention to dividing dominated persons, and praise of diversity of the dominated persons which compels them to accept self deception, and so on. When these techniques are observed carefully, we can discover the trace of colonialism in relationships of the domination which is institutionalized. And that makes it possible to recognize the problem of system as one of the heart.
