The women's university is already the place of practice of gender politics for the system of educating only female students. Especially, male faculty in women's university cannot but be a political existence. It is the consequence of Gender politics in women's university. In this paper, male faculty's look of surveillance to female students, gender politics of the discourses by male faculty, and reproduction of masculinity and homo-sociality etc. are considered. And two points of argument are asked that politics nature of women's university which has changed the attitude between the idea of "good wife and wise mother" and the idea of female release, and positionality of the male faculty in there.
